Standard Shipping (1-2 days processing) - Rates will be determined at checkout based on address and order weight.
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Orders placed with First Class shipping can arrive between 5-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code.
Our policy do not accept cash or credit refunds, once you've received your order, we will happily offer you store credit or exchange.
If we are out of stock on something you purchased. We will send a refund, if you choose not to wait 3-5 business days for us restock.
To be eligible for a return (store credit), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (No perfume scents, no make up on the item, not stretched out and with the tags attached). We will have the return label attached with your order. You pay for NOTHING. Once the item is returned in good condition we will issue your store credit. However, if the issue was from our end (i.e rips or holes) we will issue a refund to your debit or credit card.
Final Sale Items
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as earrings, swimsuits, bodysuits or undergarments (girdles) cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
